PAINTING SECTION
Our painting section is one of the important section in our facility. The painting process is particularly important due to ensure the products long lasting and durability. The surface of the products clean by plaforisation system which exist only 3 facilities in Turkey and 450 in all over the world. This system redound the paint quality of the products and also eco-frinedly. After surface cleaning process, the products heat up around 160C to increase the holding percentage and quality of powder coat in the owen and pass to powder coating section. After powder coating section products pass to owen agian to heat up around 200C and get ready for assembly.
SURFACE CLEANING - PLAFORIZATION
Before any metal can have any coating applied, it must be thoroughly cleaned to remove surface oils and other contaminates that would mar the powder coating. Conventional methods of cleaning generally use multiple hot water rinses or are treated with iron phosphates (mainly used as an ingredient in garden pesticides.) As a result, harmful runoff is produced, which has to be drained into a holding tank, or worse yet, the sewer. A specialized process called plaforization provides a simple, disposal-free solution for pre-treating metal. There is no water rinse involved, so no wastewater is produced. This organic pretreatment system is a truly one-step process to clean, passivate and seal metal surfaces before applying a topcoat. The plaforization process is conducted with low vapor pressure, emitting virtually no VOCs. There is no water rinse involved, so no wastewater is produced. No sludge is created; nothing is added to a landfill. The process contains no halogenated compounds, ozone-depleting compounds, carcinogens, mutagens, or hazardous air pollutants. Plaforization is one more step in the on going quest to create a remarkably durable product that can withstand the elements and still promote a healthy environment. This special system exists only at 3 facilities in Turkey and 450 in all over the world is widely acclaimed as eco-friendly by means of its chemicals which does not harm the enviroment.

Powder coating has become more popular while its technology has been enchanced since its first usage. Nevertheless, a qualified facility is a must for a good result. As Kaltes, we evaluate many parameters while we select the most convenient spraying method. Namely, we consider the many factors such as the propertiess of the plate, the frequency of color change and finishing quality etc.
